Russia
Russia is located mainly in North Asia; however the part west of the Ural Mountains is considered to be part of Europe. It borders with Norway, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia and North Korea. By territory, Russia is the largest country in the world.
Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia is undergoing massive social and economic changes. Part of these changes is the transformation from a centralistic and isolated economy to a privatized and global economy. These rapid changes are a fertile soil for many foreign investments that often require the formation of a local company.
Businessmen active in Russia are well aware of the rigid local bureaucracy facing foreigners in this country and of the difficulties raised against those who strive to act financially and economically. To ease the way, CFG offers to assist with the following services:
- - Formation of a local company.
- - Opening a bank account.
- - Locating a nominee director.
